Pain's cardio routine is legendary, if we all combine our cardio sessions, we still wont beat pain's 3 hour rns followed in the evening with some heavy training, he is a beast!

I think the back is almost "healed" now...just some slight discomfort if I sit down for a while.
I wasn't bothered by it at all today, it might be the belt I wore through out the session though
Im planing on getting in to deadlifts again....I miss that..
