Great cycling bro, although you sure you only burned 400 cals cause I burned 320ish today with only 15 mins on a machine

I have no idea actually...I just took a number that seemed somewhat accurate...but sure it could be way more then 400 since it was quite windy and there were some bigger slopes

I dont know...that very movement isn't that hard for me to do..I think I've done 35-40kg on those for 20reps before...dont quote me on that though...but about 35kg I think it was :music:

I normally dont use a belt before I go over 300lbs, but this time around I used it at the "heaviest" set
