I was back training after my lower back pain I felt yesterday and the day before. I used a belt today to make the area tighter which help alot since I didn't feel that much today, but it started to hurt after a while again...my brother (he´s a doctor) said I pushed to hard to early while training back, so he think I should take it light if it hurts, but its nothing serious if it does

The session then..I got really good contact with my chest and triceps today...so I altered the grip slightly every set. to train the chest or triceps more...I then finished the session of with some skullcrushers, which might have been over the top since I was pretty much fried after the bench​

I thought I might add some pictures of my legs, since they have been hurt twice the later part of last year, and have pretty much regained 3/4 of their size with not much training at all!
But as you can see...my hamstrings suck....my legs actually look much smaller then on the 2nd and 3rd picture....must be the angle :bitelip:

Not what I was expecting, So I stopped after the extensions because of my back.
I also backed off a little doing shoudlers even though I didn't feel anything that was hindering me
