nice, ill test 1rms in 2 more months. my projected squat is already 10kg up and bench 5kg up id im betting if i can get form right my deadlift p.b will be smashed so get motivated and smash my numbers to give me something to target
Ill test my squat and bench maxes within 2 months.
My preocupation right now is with my squat..190kg is my target too , well, 185kg would be good.
