pin press flat: 110kg
axle bar push press: 91.5kg
Tire flip: 380kgx2
Rack pull: 220kg ( video), 230kg
Pendlay rows: 100kgx5, 120kgx3

^^ Would love to see the tire flips! Might want to check your back on those rack pulls, looked ok for now, but a bit more weight and there might be more movement.

read this thread from the start and lol'd everytime hypo posted. original guidelines were
1rm in bench, deadlift or squat. Hypo has posted about 5 times and not one of those lifts. 650lbs calf raises on the leg press for *10 was the highlight lol.

nice, ill test 1rms in 2 more months. my projected squat is already 10kg up and bench 5kg up id im betting if i can get form right my deadlift p.b will be smashed so get motivated and smash my numbers to give me something to target :D

but the bench use to be the weakest lift, it still is if you look at my inc bench.


Your dead's and squat are some high numbers too.
