decline bench press, 315 for 9
benchp. 275 for 7
had nobody to spot me, so i couldn't do a max set. but both are p.b's

You get under the weight well, but I don't see enough pulling. Have you tried any high pulls or the like?
I've got the exact opposite problem, so I can't be of much help.
so your decline increased by 50 pounds in 2 weeks? lulz.

1) Awesome PB!!!!!! Congrats.
2) Rounded back from what I can see.
3) Are you lifting outside the bathroom? If so can you replace the bubble glass with clear so we can see your missus taking a shower next time.
