1x 190kg decline bench press and the funny thing that in my last back workout i only got 200 kg deadlift for single!

225 lb/102 kg bench

And if we can include cleans then:

177 lb/80.5 kg full power clean and jerk
213 lb/96.8 kg full power clean

Weighed 142 lb/64.5 kg on Sunday. 17 years old

Here's a video of me power cleaning 177 and 197 lb.

Nice lift, made it look easy. I take it you have a coach and train at a proper weightlifting gym?

I do not have a coach, actually. And I just train at my school's weight room, lol. As you can see in the video, my weight room is in a small basketball gym.
The only person that knows how to do a full power clean and actually execute it is me in my whole school. One of the teachers here is an olympic weight lifter and I remembered the technique he was giving to some football players.
I have looked into the technique more on youtube and some readings, but I haven't read too much into it. Still learning more, though.

If you are already cleaning 1.5xBW then you should seriously look at getting a coach and competing! There could be some great improvements for you to make. Maybe approach the teacher you speak of.
