i normally do less for biceps i guess becuz ur triceps are 75% of ur arm so i hit those for more volume and normally just try and kill my biceps with less volume......normally i do a lot more than what i did for this bicep workout but i haven't done a good bicep burnout in a while so i figured i'd do one, plus my buddy Rick Austin (Pitcher) just got drafted in the MLB yesterday to the Philadelphia Phillies in the 27th round, i think 803rd overall!!!! so it was a big day and we had to celebrate.......still made it to the gym thoughFlex said:Good tricep workout.
