thanks rage, i really like the way my cardio is structured as far as doing HIIT on my off days and slow cardio on my training days...i think everything works out perfect

LEg seeession (monday)

Banged out legs today, last week was teh first week that my left knee hasn't bothered me but today it was really a huge pain....

BB squats
315 x 12
405 x 10
405 x 9
455 x 4-7
my left knee was popping the entire time....hurts like crazy (very f**ing frustrating)

Leg press
18plts x 15
22plts x 13
24plts x 12
26plts x 10
(left knee wasn't too bad, it never hurts as much on leg press, it only starts to hurt when i hit 26plts)
leg extensions
250 x 12
250 x 10
250 x 8 drop set 150 x around 6 (quads were onn fireeee)

lying leg curls
170 x 14
170 x 12
170 x 10

Stiff-legged deadlift
225 x 15
315 x 10 (legs were completely dead at this point)

finished with sum calves

Superb work on the presses - heavy as hell and to get that weight on incline work after the flat is damn good!

Awe shit Turk... last two sessions looked great! Damn I wish I had a training partner like you! Someone to make sure those weights stay huge, huge, and a little more huge...

Sucks about the knee bro... I've had similar issues (torn cartilage in my knee) totally sucks! Doing great anyway!
