More mass on the upper pecs would make your MM that much better. Traps look scary! Arms, back, and legs are huge Turky! Starting to see those abs..you're going to look amazing bro!

finished with sum bent over laterals and front raises. (3 sets/ 2 sets)

started my day off with sum AM cardio: an hour of speed walking on the treadmill........then came back later and hit sum arms:

(no spotter today)
smith close grip

smith reverse grip

EZ bar curls
115 x 15
135 x 10
165 x 5

DB curls
70 x 10
70 x 9
75 x 7 (weird but i've gained strenth on this since the past couple weeks)

skull crushers

165 x 3 (heavvvyyy)

EZ bar preacher curls
115 x 6
115 x 5
115 x 4

finished with workout with sum tricep pushdowns with the entire rack....

i was told to eat a cheat meal once a week....:dunnodude:.....obviously i can't eat a lot of food just something small and it can't be some kind of snack or candy......for example i normally eat 4 ounces of 92% lean beef on a wheat bun w/ fat free cheese, today i ate a breakfast sandwich

if i had my own spotter or a training partner i'd
be up in the ranks of huge weights within months
but noo, every fucking person who lives round heres a

75lb DB curls are something to think about
you could literally curl a small engine
which would be awesome, "turk put the engine in the car for me"
(working at an autoshop) man,.
those skull crushers, shit, boi. seems like you could skullcrush a coffin man!
