lifts are still impressive, diet is good, and that eca stack should do the trick. what competition is it and what weight do you plan on being on stage? can't wait to see the pics you monster :keke:

Turk... great pressing session. Some huge numbers bro and good luck on the diet! I'm always trying to learn more about the dieting process... I think that can be the hardest part to dial in 100%. Keep it up Turk!

as of now i'm just focusing on doing my college's show......but possibly doing the Mr. Pittsburgh afterwards.......and hopefully if everything goes as planned i will be around 195lbs for the show (mayb less depending on how much muscle mass i can keep) :zangief:
