you use a spotter most of the time?

Today was my off day:

I did AM HIIT cardio on the elliptical for 20 minutes (2 minutes slow, 30 seconds hard) and then I did sum speed walking on the treadmill for 25 minutes.

I am now 11 weeks out and weigh in at 220lbs

Turk... you FREAK you! Nice session bro... I've been meaning to ask someone about those reverse grip tricep presses... what do ya think about em? I've seen them done, but for some reason never really tried them. Also, I know it's a pain, but could you give a synopsis of your dieting as it changes. I am really trying to learn more as I go along about the whole dieting process for a show. Keep it up bro! I think it's about time for new pics.

whats up ordinary, the reverse grip tricep presses are amazing man, u really feel them a lot in ur tri's....i understand what a synopsis is but what exactly do u want to know about?????? thanks for stopping by brother

haha yeah i still kill myself in the gym and keep my strength as high as possible so i can preserve as much muscle during my diet.......like porn :49:

i like doing HIIT, it's a nice change from doing slow cardio.....it's defiantly a lot tougher than just speed walking and it's good because you get more progress out of a 20 min. HIIT cardio session than out of an hour of slow cardio. I've always done the elliptical for my HIIT cardio because my knee is always bothering me :angrydude:....thanks for stopping by broski :Hsughr:
