Thank you my friend. Just found out my training partner. Just got our deep tissue massages booked for this weekend. This guy is suppose to be one of the top guys in our area. Pretty excited have had a few graston sessions but no dtm. I have several ares that need work bad. Left shoulder and scapula. Everything is so bound up I can't roll my shoulder to do a lat spread. I believe it's from continuing to train my left side while my right was down and not stretching properly
