Rageking: It was actually deceptively crap but thanks anyway! I'm down by about 15% maybe more, especially when it comes to volume.

tkD: Trust me when I say that this workout also sucked!

Ok I decided that this workout would be completely different because of how much I've sucked this week and a half.

Thanks guys. I think the deadlifts were a better session. I was working out about what I could have pulled considering I haven't deadlifted in months and 200kg is about on the money (2.25xBW). So that means that I have probably rounded the corner now and can go back to proper training. Gotten that shitty training vibe out of my system!!:linedrunk:

^^ Yeh nothing worse than a series of bad training days when you know there is nothing wrong with you physically that requires a back off week or anything.

Skeptic: I'd like to add about 20kg to those by the end of the year. After this macrocycle I'll bring deadlifts in and hammer them for a bit.

Bulkboy: Motivation wasn't so much the issue, it was more like energy. You know when you feel a bit down and overworked, you still want to lift it just doesn't seem that you can.

Hypo: I love my soundtracks, although I have removed some of the heavier stuff like Rammstein to keep for special occassions (like new PB's).

El Freako: 200kg club FTW :2:

Okay so I did upper body last night and was pretty happy until it rained. Fortunately I was pretty much done by then so I didn't have to worry about slipping on the ground for too long. It was cold so that is why I did so many warmups, most were only 1-2reps
