^^ I'll still pull a 210-215kg deadlift, a 140-145kg bench, a 170kg ATG squat, a 115kg C&J and a 90kg snatch by the end of the year.

I'm waiting for someone to spot that the other video isn't even me, it is some Bible basher who fancies himself as the real deal.
My weights have improved, I've added about 10kg to the FSquat, Bench in ~6 weeks and about 15k to my deadlift. But I'd been expecting just a little bit more as my DE lifts have been more like 20kg improvements.
Lol@the gullible buggers who really believed the squat vids were you. I knew better, if wasn't wearing tights!
Have you considered throwing some band work into the mix with you DE movements? My reading has been telling me that its effectively like adding extra heavy work in and really trains you to produce that force at the start of the movement before the band tension gets to great.
