damn, great session tweako, that was heavy and hardcore, that last excersices was :skurred: and must've hurt as hell 35 reps as final set is a bit too f*cked up in head for Papi.

Awesome session mate! I specially like your tri workout. Huge weights on close grip bench and in french press.
Also is pretty amazing for high number of reps.

Glad to see your progress!

Chest today, and I did two movements for width for Back.

My triceps are so sore from yesterday so I'm suprised I got the numbers today, I really had to focus on using my chest much more, the pump was crazy.

Weighted Dips
45x6
90x6
105x6
70x8

Incline DB Press
65x12
75x10
75x7 (My left pec got really tight and uncomfortable so I stopped immediately and stretched my pecs out)
60x14

Flat Db Press
45x20
55x15

this last set I did a combinations of movements for one
* I combined Flat Db Press and Flat Db Flys
* I perform this by doing one fly, one press, that is 1 REP complete rep when in actually its 2

30x10 (20 reps in actuallity)

Camstar Lat Flexor (Lat Pulldown)
210x8
225x8
240x8
255x8

Hammer Strength Iso Front Pulldown (used very light weight and went just for the contraction and feel of the movement, felt pretty good)
1 plate a side (45lbs, 90 total) x10
2 plates a side x8
1 plate a side x10
1 plate a side x10
1 plate a side x10

all those sets I did about 20 seconds apart from eachother, did reps very slowly and smoothly to get a great feel
