thanks a lot Ben. personally I think my biceps suck, my back has good thickness I believe, my traps are slightly out of proportion with my phsyique, but I'll worry about evening everything out down the road, I may stop directly training them sometime in the future, not anytime soon though. Thanks for my comment too papi

oh, and Ben, 225x25 buddy, get it right next time!!! lol

LOL @ only 4 pump in leg presses... those weights are insane.

Looking @ pic it seems you have a good frame to work in. Good simmetry, good traps and lats are beggining to get biiiiiig. Keep up that work!

My picture pretty much dominated yours. The lighting was really bad over by your left arm, you can even see your bicep. Oh, cant wait until you start bulking, you better put up a few pics while your in the middle of your bulking phase. See ya later!

damn tweak that was some hardcore shit. those reps for squats are insane. and leg press is just huge. all those numbers were just out of here man. nice pic, man back is lookin good, keep it up man!

Power Day, no deads though, had to give my lower back a rest, its getting better everyday and next weekend I'll be able to hit it hard dont worry

Bench Press - 4 sets, its improving dont worry, when my numbers get worthy I'll share them lol. Whoever sees a comparison between Flat Db Press and Bench Press is a fool though, totally different, makes me angry grrrr

What a short session. Your traps are insane, you should train them every other week. But atleast in the long run, you'll have decently sized traps and you wont have to worry about them to much. I will see you later.

that was for legs man lol. Hell if I could even do 185x25 on Bench Press I would pee myself out of enjoyment
