I love just walking in the gym and focusing on my session. Your dips are crazy, one day I will be up there with you in weight. I like your idea on flat db press and db flyes, its fun when you get creative in the gym. I should do that more often. Too bad your not going to get that weighted dips goal, sss sss sss. 4 plates is insane, anybody could of told you that. We need to get big again sometime...and a week or two. See ya later!

In all seriousness Tweak, those sessions are mightily impressive. To use that much weight with that much control and discipline is remarkable. Your work ethic is really shinning through mate and it looks like it's going to pay big, big dividends. Your numbers are as crazy as you...you crazy bastard!

Unbeliavable work on dips mate. I agree with you sometimes we should do thing with less weight to perfect our technique.

Great session you tried hard on your chest mate, very high amount of reps!

Did a little cardio session last night with my g/f at her gym

Tonight I hit legs

I deloaded a bit on Hack Squat and Leg Press just to work on the feel of the movement much more.

My back held out nicely on squats, standing their with all that weight hurt more than actually squatting though, and I had to be careful at the very top, no jerking what so ever so it was a very controlled amount of clean reps

Squats
45x10 (warmup)
135x10 (warmup)
30-40 reps alternating leg extensions (warmup)
225x6 (slight warmup)

315x6

225x12

Leg Press (deloaded and really worked on the feel of my quads)

^^ felt really good, I was moving my feet around really feeling the muscles working

Hack Squat (again I deloaded slightly and went for the feel)

Nice weights on all movements Tweak, even if you deloaded them. Nice number of reps and always is a improvement to work on execution.

Congratz, you are getting better!

nice workout Tweak somtimes its better to deload a bit and work on the movement more I used to love karting when I was a kid I havnt been for ages its well good fun though I also have problems on my back when I do squats but my weight is more like your warmup sets lol

damn tweak that was an impressive session. u really hit those wheels. u got some great numbers on ur squats. i was thinking of incorporating hack squat into my routine, and i will try it next week. u got some great numbers on the hack squat as well. keep it up man! tom platz ain't got shit on tweak!

Superb leg session Tweak. Intelligent too. Still great numbers through nice controlled reps. Outstanding. You're really impressing every time you step into the gym Tweak, watching your evolution is a real joy.

Looked really good man. Me and Evo have been working up from a deload and have really been feeling the benefits - credit to you for getting into the muscle.

Sorry to break it to you, Tweak but 325, 580, and 340 certaintly aren't "deloading" numbers bro; they're big ass numbers. Nice work man, keep hittin 'em hard :2:
