Wednesday - Back/Biceps
Thursday - OFF (maybe go in for cardio and calves)
Friday - Shoulders/Arms
Saturday - Power Day (Traps, Bench Press, and probably some Incline Bench as well)
As you can see I'm hitting arms twice a week, theyre by far my stingiest body part so I really wanna blast them. I'm also hitting chest twice a week as well, its another stingy part but I really wanna make my arms explode this bulk phase
If anybody has any opinions or advice to give me on this split just throw it out, I'm open for criticism.
