Benching after a arm/shoulder day isn't going to put up high numbers I think.
And they way you set it up now, I think leggs get to less attention imo.
well I do shoulders on Fridays now and do my Power day on Saturday and it hasnt effected me. My shoulders are never sore so it'll work out. As for how my triceps will feel thats another story, we'll see how that works. I'm not too concerned about numbers anyway, just improving my physique
and no I dont do benching movements on chest day, I do DB Movements
I'm not too sure what you mean by legs are getting less attention either, but I train them hard once a week. The time will come for them to be trained twice a week dont worry, maybe the 2nd half of my bulk phase.
