I took last week off :e5dunno:

my shoulders and left elbow had been bothering me for weeks. They were tired as could be, especially considering how fast my strength has gone up on pressing movements especially, my joints were taking a beating. Also, last week during Incline BB I felt my left pec strain a bit, nearly to the point where if I had pushed myself any more I feel I would have either torn it or strained it to the extend of decommissioning me for a while. So I played it safe, gotta drop the ego at the door you know :xyxthumbs:

yes, because if I do legs first I'm not going to want to do triceps afterwards so I leave Leg Press last :49: That way, when I feel like garbage I can just leave and I'm officially done :49:

and thats total plates dude :49:
