holy crap tweak! when the hell did u get that strong!? flat bench is awesome, great work buddy incfact all the presses looks awesome, flat db presses and declines are great. where are the incline presses though? must not forget that upper chest that havoc is turning u into a monster=D wish i could get hold of some too
