I'm still lifting guys, never stopped actually. Had a couple lazy weeks but its all good.

I'll be going sober until January, so lifting is number 1 priority until then as I've started another round of "supplements"

The last day I even drank was the 17th, and I started my supps the 21st. I'll on them for 5 or 6 weeks.

Goal: losing some bodyfat, I'd like my abs back.

I've been dieting for just a week now and I can already see the differences and my pants are already bigger on me, yet I've only lost 1 or 2lbs. Sitting right at 207.

Yesterday I had a leg session, I had a crazy leg pump going on too, I'd actually say it was the biggest leg pump I've ever had. Those 20 reps are a killer.

Tomorrow is my first cheat day.

Things I'll be eating:

Cream Cheese on my whole wheat bagels, instead of nothing.

These Sour Patch Straw things, basically all sugar, they are good though.

That's it really, I might have a cookie or brownie, couple marshmallows, and there's this microwavable chocolate chip peanut butter brownie thing but I don't know if I want to eat that. I'm trying to eat more sugar and carbs rather than fat.

That's it, not much of a cheat day really, I'm feeling very motivated though, I could actually go tomorrow without cheating, although I already bought cream cheese and sour straws. I remember the days when my cheat day was a whole pizza, pan of cookies, pan of brownies, ice cream, chocolate bars, box of cereal, etc.

I'm a changed man I suppose.
