today was a good cheat day, I did cheat, but not anything like I use to. Here's what I ate today:

-cream cheese on 2 bagels
- 1 serving of sour punch straws
- strawberry licorice

basically all sugar, about 80g of sugar actually with about 95g ish extra carbs. I got about 25g extra fat from the cream cheese, but man it was delicious.

Just got done with Chest/Arms and some cardio btw.

Here was my cardio session:

Treadmill
25 minutes
375 calories burned
10.0 incline
3.3-4.1 speed

the cardio is beginning to get easier and my heart rate is beginning to not go as high, between 3 sessions my heart rate max while doing cardio has dropped 20 bpm. I'll be bumping up the incline next week and moving to 30 minutes a session which will be the last week I'll be able to do cardio immediately after my session. 35 minutes and more I'll be going to the gym in the AM to do.

session and numbers are pointless to post really (I still log them for personal reference however), only numbers I'll be posting in here are my calories burned from cardio and my weight (which btw was 206.4 today)

I'm taking Havoc stacked with Tren-13-ethyl.

I don't know if the supps are working really well, or if its my diet, but in a matter of 8 days my bodyfat has gone down nearly 1% and my luv handles are getting smaller by the day. This is the first time I've ever done carb cycling too, seems to work well.

dont think I've posted anything about my diet:

Day 1: 350g Carbs
Day 2: 250g Carbs
Day 3: 150g Carbs
Day 4: 50g Carbs
repeat

My protein everyday is 320-330. My fat probably varies, not really worried about it since a very minimal amount of my fat is saturated.

Knocked out a Shoulder/Lat/Trap workout today

my chins are coming along if I do say so. I recall when I was 165lbs, I could do 110lbs added for 3 reps, and at 206 I can do 6 reps with 55lbs.

165+110 = 270 for 3 reps (underhand style)
206+55 = 261 for 6 reps, this may be a bit better. (overhand style, which I believe is harder)

Hopefully, I can finally break through that 300lb mark this winter.

The gym I workout at really needs heavier dbs, I'm not being cocky or anything but when I can nearly shoulder press the 100lb dumbells, and thats the heaviest, then theres a problem. I would really like to avoid going back to the shitty tiny gym on base just because it has 110lb dbs too. Besides, the Marines gym is about 100 feet from where I live haha, and the most people I've ever seen in it at once is about 8.

Cardio today went well
25 Minutes on Treadmill
380 calories burned (I always try to burn a few more calories each session)
Incline was 10.0
Speed was 3.3 - 4.2

Good chins there Tweak. Looking forward to the 300 total on that.

rant
I agree with the DB's. So many gyms think that 45kg (100lb) is a heavy DB. I think that the average 90kg (200lb) guy should be able to press those for reps no problem. Let alone doing shoulder presses with them! Although a scary thing I noted at the last couple of gyms I've been to is that they will have DB's up to 60kg or so (125lb) but the handles will have no knurling. Basically you have a DB that can't be gripped easily without using a strap or glove. Shows who they are catering to........

I agree with your rant. For some reason, 100lbs is heavy? I wasn't aware of this. Also, I can count on one hand the amount of people I've seen shoulder press the 100s and more, the average I've seen is 45-65lbs.
Also, my old gym when I was still living in Indiana had DBs up to 120lbs, but their grip was the same so shrugs or static holds were never a problem, so I can't relate on this note as the 120lbs db is the heaviest db I've ever seen in person. I do agree about the fact relating to who gyms cater to, quite typical.

If I had it my way I'd like the dbs to go up around 160, that way I could have a set goal in mind for grip strength.

Today I had a leg session btw, did some sumos for the first time in quite some time, felt good. Did some cardio afterwards and called it a day.

Tomorrow is my 50g Carb day, how I love this day.

Chest/Arms + Cardio

went well, a prison break marathon was on the television while I was training, that was nice.

I hit a PB on EZ Bar Curls, 142 for 8

Cardio afterwards was interesting, I tried the rowing machine (never done it before) and got this massive lat/trap pump hahaha. I did this for 10 minutes, probably would have gone longer if I didn't have to do lats tomorrow. I'll probably do it tomorrow afterwards for 15 minutes or so, I got my a descent sweat going on that thing.

25 Minutes on the Treadmille
11.0 Incline
3.3-4.2 Speed
Burned 400 calories

Weight today was 205, I've lost 3-4lbs in 2 weeks yet my bodyfat has dropped about 2.5%, my waist has gone down a little over 2 inches, yet my lifts are all progressively going upwards and I'm adding some muscle. win.

Post workout meal was a quickie as I'm off to watch some football plus its high carb day so gotta take advantage

2 scoops(1 serving) Chocolate Muscle Milk
1 Banana
1 Bagel w/ Honey

Fat: 15g
Carbs: 100g
Protein: 55g

Nice weight on the Curls Clint. Have you given the double split I was talking about any second thoughts?

I've considered it yes, and I've decided to use it in the future for sure. I'll probably save it for when I'm bulking up next, thanks again for that split.

delts/lats/traps tonight with cardio

nothing exciting during the workout, cardio however was beastly.

I felt ultra motivated

Treadmill
33 minutes (last 3 minutes was cool down)
543 calories
Incline of 12.0
Speed was 3.3, then bumped it up to 3.6, then kept it up at 4.0 - 4.2 the majority of the time.

Knocked out some legs during lunch today, had a longer break than usual so I took advantage of it. My leg sessions only last 30 minutes anyway, I superset everything just about. I enjoy training my legs rather intensely. Also knocked out some 20 and 30 reps on leg press, felt sensational.

Cardio tonight while watching some ESPN (yet they were still talking about Obama and McCain, apparently Obama's brother-in-law is the basketball coach for Oregon University, or State? Then, McCain's son is a "drifter" as with the cars you know. The other day they did a piece of Sarah Palin making the championship game clenching free throw for her College back in the day as well, go figure)

Anyway, elliptical tonight, went well, sweat quite a lot, stayed very hydrated throughout the day and it was clearly evident.
