First week of this new split, thus the obvious lack of knowing what weight to start with on certain exercises. No worries, next week I'll make up for it.

My grip was absolute shit, and I almost trained forearms after it all, I think I should have too. Meh, oh well. Later today I'm suppose to have legs but my legs are still sore so I basically have two free days opposed to the 1 off day I should have. Perhaps I'll train forearms tomorrow with some calves then, hmm, perhaps.

Bench isn't as strong as it was a couple months ago but I've been having hard elbow issues so I've been keeping it moderate as far as weight goes. I've been meaning to see the doc, all the symptoms lead to bursitis so it's no biggie.
