That's a huge waste of space for only 130lbs. Good rows with it though.

it really is, that thing is such a ghetto beast. I felt so beastly after I rowed it too, then I weighed it and my ego went out the window lol.

You should one arm press it just to look uber-beastly.

I had a leg session just the other day but didn't bother to post it, my apologies. Anyway, no workout yesterday, had to go out of town and it was kind of a spur of the moment thing.

Here was today workout

Incline Db Press
90x10
100x6
100x6
100x6 <-- I really think I should have grabbed the 110s, I think I could have got 4 or 5 with them, these felt hard but an easy kind of hard if you know what I mean.

Incline BB Press (Smith Machine)
135x15
185x15
185x14 <-- until failure
185x12 <-- until failure

Seated Hammer Strength Incline Press
45 x10
90 x8
90 x8
90 x8

Hammer Strength Iso High Row
2 Plates a Side x10 <-- warmup
5 Plates a Side x6
6 Plates a Side x6
6 Plates a Side x6
6 Plates a Side x6 <---would have gotten more than just 6 all three main sets, but I forgot my straps so this was all my own grip, and my hands and forearms are still feeling weak from my last Lat workout from the rowing, so I think I managed well.

Overhand Chinups
Me x10
Me x10
Me x10
Me x10

Legs earlier today

Lying Leg Curl
50x10
100x10
150x10
200x10
215x10
230x8

Leg Press
4 Plates x6
8 Plates x6
12 Plates x6
14 Plates x6
16 Plates x5 <-- I felt like I could go heavier but I never do. Nothing messes with me mentally more than Leg Press. I feel like I have more left but frankly I'm quite scared of injury. 810x5 isn't bad though. I'm hoping to hit 900 soon and my goal as of now is 1000lbs.

Leg Extension
100x12
100x12
100x12
100x12

Hack Squat Thing
100x10
150x10
200x10
300x10
340x10

not that great of a workout, just didn't feel it and I regretted it afterwards as I really feel like I cut everything short regarding effort. Blah.

130x12
130x12

T-Bar Row w/ Chest on Pad
2 Plates x6
2 Plates + 25lb Plate x6
2 Plates + 35lb Plate x6

Overhand Chins
Me x6
Me +25x6
Me +45x6
Me +45x4

Cable Row
200x10
240x10
260x10

Db Hammer Curls
70x6
70x6
70x6

One Armed Cable Curl
50x10
70x10
70x10

After the rows I felt like throwing up for the entire workout. When I wasn't doing the set I was lying down on the floor trying not to throw up. This workout was rough. I pushed through it and made it a good workout though. Those rows really fatigued my lats, but they felt great. High reps on the lats kill me bad and always make me feel like crap. All worth it though.
