I forgot to mention I got a personal best on shrugs the other day. Or at least I think I did, I'd have to check in here.

I shrugged 565x6

My g/f snapped a photo of it and hopefully uploads it to facebook or something soon.

absolutely not, not even close yet man.

but thanks, me thinks.
You're military pressing 245 for 6 reps. That's very strong for someone just over 200 pounds.

I'm 215, dick.

I'll consider myself strong when I'm pressing 315 for reps, but then I doubt that'll even be good enough.

bought a new supp to try out. It's called 20-beta-hydroxyecdystrone. I'm still taking the Creatine Select and Beta Alanine as well, so lets see if I see any difference with the new supp in here.

The only other supps I take are just protein and weight gainer shakes, plus a large assortment of vitamins. Mostly vitamins directed towards a healthy heart (Fish Oil, Red Yeast Rice, Niacin, Vitamin E)

I understand the attitude, it's like being told "Oh you're strong for your size". Makes you feel like the kid who gets the award for showing up at the school athletics. Doesn't win anything but sets a whole heap of PB's.

On the other hand though Clint, your strength is pretty respectable. Certainly strong enough that the big boys wouldn't be laughing.

Any news on whether you have a hernia?

I don't think it's a hernia. The only time I've felt that discomfort is during leg sessions and I strain more than I do on leg sessions and never feel it. I don't know, I'm doing legs in the morning I'll keep you updated.

too tired to hit legs entirely. I work 10:30pm to 7:30am, and I was up quite a while before then yesterday so yea, I'm a bit tired. No worries, I'll hit chest and traps up later today.

I did do some neck, calves, and grip work this morning though.

2 sets of 20 for neck all 4 angles
6 sets of finger tip plate pinchers 15 second holds
5 sets of 10, seated calve raises.

outtie.

You'll consider yourself strong when you lift an amount barely any professional bodybuilders can do?

:umwtf:

Are you training for size or strength?

If you're training for size, why are the reps so low?
