did legs and biceps, nothing special but I achieved a personal best on hack squats. 380lbs for 5, shwing!

no real idea actually, I recently strained the right forearm a bit, and the tricep followed shortly after that. Your guess is probably better than mine.

Thanks for the compliment regarding the Incline Pressing, I'm trying to get it up to sets of 12 with that weight.

haha well you got another month dude. October 1st I'm out of here for 3 months. Going to the Carribean and I'm going to be living on this big grey thing, I think it's called a boat. I'll come back stronger though, just wait, muahaha.

nah I wont lose any strength on the boat, boats have gyms dude. I'll come back fatter and stronger, lol. I was being serious fool.

Great workout, the higher reps (8-12) I've been doing for 2 weeks now, I think, are going well. I fatigue sooner, but it's about exhaustion and progessive overload so it's all going how it should.
