haha, I've been having a good streak lately lets just say.

My body weight is up around 217 now too, I was pretty excited when I saw that. I'm close to being 20lbs over Navy weight standards now too lol. I pass the tape though so I'm still good to go.

Solid chest session man, may i ask u why u only do upperchest work?

I train chest twice a week, the first session of the week I hit 3 Flat exercises, and one Incline exercise. The 2nd Chest session of the week I hit 3 Incline movements (not today, shoulders were hurting) and 1 flat movement.

Today, I usually train lats with chest, but I was in a hurry, and in a hurry for nothing. I was suppose to go camping but it never happened so I ended up getting home and doing nothing except for feeling guilty all night that I didn't train lats, ugh.

I also do the same sort of thing with my lats, one session is for Width, one session is for thickness.

I have no idea, but I did. I was expecting to get 8 reps and I busted out 10s. I was doing the 90s for 12 though, and those were getting pretty damn easy.

I'm in the groove man.

Good, but short workout. Kinda just did what I needed to do and got out of there. The dips were bothering my shoulders so I didn't go heavier when I had another 25lb plate in me for 10 reps I'm sure.

The bench press is closing in on a PB for reps, I think my old PB is 275 for 5 or 6. Although, at the time I was chemically altered. I haven't touched anything for 6 or 7 months and I'm getting stronger and bigger naturally which is extremely exciting. It's inspired me to stay natural for as long as possible now too, I want to see what I'm really capable of. All I ever used was epistane and some tren-13-ethyl, but prohormones would cancel out my natural status if you did want to get technical.

For those that care, I'm easily wearing XXL shirts now, and I'm not too far off from a XXXL, so if anybody is curious as to how much I've grown or how big I am currently, that's a little way to judge I suppose. One more size up and it's going to be pretty difficult to get clothes that I want though, which is a downside. Big and Tall store here I come.

For Tunen: don't worry, I've just gotten fat (true story)

Yea I have some updates for you guys.

I just came off nearly 2 weeks of rest and my body feels great, nice and refreshed. That was the first break I've taken since last December or January so it was certainly needed.

For those of you that don't know I'm currently on the USS Wasp (I'm on the Navy) so I'm hitting the gym via "out to sea"

Here was my workout earlier, now...what's interesting about free weights and the boat is depending on how the boat is pitching or rolling the weight can feel quite a bit heavier than it actually is, which is kind of funny and mentally frustrating all at once.

not going to post the entire log but I did achieve a personal best today of 235x10 on Incline BB Press.
