Nice session man, ur lats mustve been swole

yea they were crazy pumped, it felt great. My traps are pretty fatigued from yesterday too so my lats had to do that much more work, good times.

Diet is going well, gaining is tough but it's still happening. Just taking it one day at a time you know. As always Joe, I appreciate you coming in here and dropping some comments, means a lot.

very pleased with the workout, getting stronger by the weak on the Incline Bb Press, I wish the Flat Bench would move this quickly. I feel my chest has really grown this past year, I'm quite happy with the progress. Another year of a bulk and I should have even better results, just one day at a time though.

lol, I really would have been better off dude. There was so much pressure at the bottom wear my balls are I felt like I was going to get a hernia. I just called it a day for Leg Press and moved on, another day.

i had that problem with deadlifts back in the day. i always squeezed my nuts lol..

What made you decide to bulk up Tweak?


Well, for the first time in my life I don't care how I physically look. I'm happy so I don't care if I get fat, so I look at this as the best time to put on a lot of good weight, and plenty of bad weight which is inevitable. Plus, I still see myself as being too small, and in need of lots of muscle, so it makes me try that much more to put on weight and get bigger. A year from now I'll diet down and see what I've gained, until then I'm on a mission. I do plan on ending around 240 and not being the owner of that great of a physique, but oh well, a good diet will do me good.
