good session tweak! u got good numbers and very nice on the reps. it's good that u are takin it a bit easier on the squats, the last thing u want to do is mess up ur back even more, hopefully soon u will be back to squatting monstrously!

I highly doubt that. Not for a long time.

It was an excellent session none the less. You are dominating all those machines.

Weighted pullups, 5 platers per side rows, and some heavy-ass shoulder presses. You've certaintly made progressive since my hiatus...looking forward to seeing even more.

That was an awesome session. Your back and shoulders are really strong points for you. I cant wait to see 90 lb weighted pull-ups... :ughnoes:

My pull-ups have stayed consistent for awhile now. About 5 of them is all I can do, and its getting a little harder because I gained like 10lbs of crap while my protein was low. I think I might do some light cardio 1 or 2 days a week, and clean up my diet alot
