Pretty good session as always, oddly enough I can Incline Db Press more then I can Flat Db Press, I can Incline the 90s for 10 but that 8 on Flat with the 90s was about a rep away from failure. I'm assuming its because my shoulders dominate on incline slightly.

For some reason my triceps felt very very weak today, I'll take a guess that its because I hit higher reps then usual with chest, still, they felt quite shaky.

nah I usually hit 90 added pounds for 5-6 and my triceps were feeling shaky before I did them dips which is why I only added that wimpy 70lbs :tear:

I jsut think its because I used higher reps for chest then usual :tear: well worth it though, gotta make my muscles grow baby!!!

those numbers are looking huge. u did great on the flat presses, 100's x6 is no matter to feel bad about, u did great on the dips as well.

Stop your bitchin on the DB presses, I can't even do 80's for reps you sexy man :spy: You should try bench dips man, you can pile weight on top of you with it. I haven't done the wide grip BB curl for ages, you've inspired me to do it :yardsalebroly:

I want to see 100lb BB curls next week Tweakita :weightlifter:

Lookoing great tweakin. Your shoulder still bothers you huh? You may try taking glucosemine for a while to heal the joint, and then continue rotator suff warmups w 5lbers on chest back and shoulder days. High reps for the rotator cuffs IMO. but aside form that you look great dude. I wish the aches and pains werent holding u back but im glad to see u training around them bro! :2:

I've been taking triflex actually which is Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM all together.

I still warmup my rotator cuffs, my shoulder is just really gay :tear: :tear:

quoted to ask about ur opinion on the triflex, i was thinking about getting enough for a 30 day supply and seeing if it helps my left knee/any other ailment out at all? i know its legit but its not cheap so wut u think?
