how in hell did I just miss 3 of your sessions?! a'ight, i'ma have to comment on each one now!

chest, tri, bi: why so many :tear: 's ?? looked like a good session, but i guess if you can't do as much as you normally can it aint gonna make u happy, but some solid weight nonetheless. I always find that if I do tris after chest I just won't lift as heavy on the tris so don't fret mayne it's all good, but considering that your tri work still looks real good.

back, shoulders: Your pullups are excellent as always....or do I just really suck at em, i think it's a bit of both! dam boi u gettin too strong for them machines it seems...

traps, calves: now that's some heavy ass weight on them shrugs n calf raises, enough said!

dam bro those high reps on extensions and leg press mustv burned them wheels like mad! whats great tho is the amount of weight you used and your lying leg curls are excellent
