I've already pressed the 100s on flat, not on incline however, my nervous system wont yet allow me to get them up by myself and theres nobody in the gym that can actually spot me :tear:

Wierd thing is I can actually Incline more then I can flat press though :tear:

how heavy does your gyms Dbs go?

mine only go to 150lb but last time i did db press i used the 120's

anyway I tried doing chin ups today I cant do them for shit I dont know how you do them with that much weight as well, your side lats are good also

chinups take time guys, thats all the advice I got for you. Keep hitting them consistently and keep eating healthy and they will come.

Hell, I can do more now at 200lbs then Ive ever been able to do in my life :e5dunno: Even when I was 153lbs I could barely do 6 or 7.

It takes time, hell...I've only been lifting for a year now, if I can make these gains in a year anybody can.
