As for my goals, I want to compete, I'm actually planning on doing a show in July. Do I want to go professional or do I have huge aspirations to be a full-time bodybuilder? No, but I love this sport and so I have quite a bit of dedication towards it.
So basically I just wanna compete for fun. Right now I'll just do this local show for a couple years, and in about 4-5 years maybe I'll look around to do some other more serious shows to see how well I'd do.

yep it was rather short, only an hour long. The last two sessions of mine I was due to work shortly and got to the gym late.
I have legs today, and then tomorrow and Thursday I can make up for my chest/arms and back/shoulders session from this previous week
