I'll get the 100s next time I do DB Inclines dont worry chesty poo, which will be next thursday is when I do Incline Db again, so stay tuned big boy :hay:

What I find cool is that we are doing the smae programme, also we are on the same pattern at the moment.

that's one awesome session man, you'd think doing 10 sets of heavy bench would destroy ur chest but somehow it made you stronger?! great work also on the skullcrushers n pushdowns for reps, don't know why u complain about your biceps coz they aint lookin too shabby either

You already know what I'm going to say: lose the dips. Other than that, your weights are looking great and coming along well. Also, arm work afterwards.

Shoulders are looking hella strong, Tweaker! Military Press is huge and so are those Lateral Raises are very impressive as well. It's also great to see you keep busting out those weighted pull-ups. Hope the lower back holds up. Keep hitting 'em hard, bro.

i think hypo's right for once...godam it ur gettin a little too strong for my liking tweak! those military presses are insane and those side laterals and rear laterals are crazy... no need to mention the chin ups

Some major weight in here Tweak - seriously man I can't believe how quickly you advance in terms of strength with every session it must be a constant motivating force to watch yourself best your previous session with seemingly relative ease. Gonna be monster man.
