Chest and Triceps today, no biceps I know :tear:

I didnt do my usual 10 sets of Bench today, but that'll be back in place on Thursday dont worry.

Chest

Flat Bench
135x5
175x5
185x5
190x5
195x5

Incline BB Press
135x10
165x8
185x7 (spotter racked it one rep early then I wanted him to  )
205x1 (my spotter just put 10s on each side and decided that I was gonna go for it :e5dunno: in the process my shoulder didnt feel too good so I racked it after just 1 rep)
135x15

Flat Db Press
70x10
80x10
90x10
100x5 :tear:

Cable Crossovers - The guy I was kinda training with today, this was his idea, and I gave it a try
6 sets of 10, I have no idea how much weight
20 pushups immediately following last set

Triceps

Weighted Dips
45x8
70x8
90x8
45x10

Tricep Pushdowns
140x20
140x20
140x20

Well, as you can obviously see my incline is better then my bench :e5dunno: However, doing this 10 sets of 3 program has improved my bench, I'm gonna stick to it for a few weeks before I do a basic bench routine again, hopefully I can hit 225 by the time the month is over :weightlifter:

Knowing my luck, I'll be able to bench 225, but Incline 250 :e5dunno:

Cable Crossovers

Other than that, the incline and bench are looking solid, Tweaker. Your bench will be up to 2 plates in no time (for reps!) and your incline will be as well. To put up 100 pound DBs after all was said in done with your BB work is impressive as hell.

I see you still managed to include weighted dips but as a Tri exercise; nicely done ;)

that was still an awesome session. Your BB presses are really getting up there, im kind of jealous.

I think you would have done better if you didnt train with someone besides me, you know better than that. You train with me and nobody else!

Glexxy Poo - for me they are :e5dunno:

Chesty - Thank you, next leg session will be much better I promise, Quad dominate sessions

Rocky - thanks for stopping by Dan :spy: I was actually looking at one of my sessions in my notebooks from February, its crazy how my strength has really improved. Thanks for the kind words and I always enjoy when you stop by :hay:

Line - cable crossovers werent my idea  I hate them, and wont do them again. Gotta keep the dips, big compound right there, since I'm not hitting close grip the dips are a must

Paul - This thursday we will dominate

Lol at cable crossovers :49: At least you threw in some push-ups...only 20? :D

By the way, I think I figured out why you can incline more than flat bench. Your whole gym is built on a 30 degree slant. You didn't notice? :spy:

greatest answer ever

Football - nah, not a great spotter, he has a different training philosophy then me though. He like to save some for the next set as where if I have a set number of reps in my head then I'm going to hit that, as where he'll stop short to save energy and strength to go much heavier.

Military Press is still looking great, Tweaker, and 15 reps for Side Laterals with 40 pounders is amazing. You doing those Military Presses seated or standing?

Then there's your back work which is never anything short of spectacular. You've been destroying those weighted pullups lately and it's good to see you're back doing deadlifts, even if you're taking it easy. Keep at it bulking brother! :xyxthumbs:

I do them sitting of course, standing would put way too much pressure on my back and I probably couldnt muster even close that amount while standing.

thanks for your comment Line, my back felt good when deadlifting. I may try squatting Wednesday, light weight of course but I wanna see how it feels.

Nice session with the seated shoulderpress, Kaewt

All though I wouldn't agree that doing them seated would put less stress on your back as the weight of the barbell actually "ends" in your lower back, as compared to when doing Military press where the weight is "divided" down through your back and to the legs.

Squats - First time Squatting in over a month
135x10
185x10
225x6 - my knee has been acting up
135x10

Deadlifts - 2nd time Deadlifting in 3 months, I deadlifted some on Monday as well
135x6
225x6
275x3 - had an overhand grip and it failed
325x3 - again my grip failed, but what in the world..how did I deadlift this weight????

^^^ well, I havent deadlifted seriously in nearly 3 months and my personal best is only 365x1, It's good to see I havent lost nearly any deadlift strength at least :e5dunno: although I have no idea how. I shouldn't have gone this heavy but my back is really feeling great, I think the heaviest I'll go next week however is 315 if even that, I might stick with a really low rep scheme with this like 10 sets of 3, still contemplating everything.

Leg Press - holy crap deadlifts wasted me my leg press was dirt

290x6 <--- this felt hard :eek4:
480x6 <--- got a little better concentration now
480x8 <--- even more concentration
570x8 <--- felt good but still a bit lower then usual, deadlifts really wasted me

Lying Leg Curl
130x8
150x8
170x8
170x8

Seated Calve Raises supersetted with Standing Calve Raises

90x10 supersetted w/ 150x10
135x10 supersetted w/ 150x10
135x10 supersetted w/ 150x10 supersetted w/ Seated 90x10

Well, I really impressed myself with the deadlifts. That felt outstanding to actually deadlift that amount and from the ground at that, very great.

Bad news is my right knee is bugging the shit outta me, it doesnt hurt it just feels aggrivating. It feels like it has a bubble in it and just needs to pop as if it was one of my knuckles. The 225 on Squats bugged it and Leg Press bugs it as well, if anybody has any idea what this may be I'd appreciate some input.

That session was amazing! How did you deadlift that much, its like your back as instantly recovered after you visited the chiropracter. Just remember, dont injure it again....that would suck big time. Nice job on the squats to, I dont know what to tell you about that knee though, you just need to be like me and man up.....you have injuries one after the other...ssss ssss ssss. Domination! See ya!

Of course your legs were dead for Leg Presses; squats and deads back-to-back are enough to fuck anyone's shit up, brother! LOL. Glad to see you made it through with your back feeling mighty good! Sucks about the knee, but I'm sure it'll be fine after some rest. The important thing is that nagging back didn't get in the way. Great session, keep pumping them weights (and pump Katy once or twice for the love of God). :xyxthumbs:

impressive deads, especially considering you havn't done them in a while! even though your legs were destroyed from deads you still managed to put up some decent weight on the leg press and curls - yet again a great session. you should get your knee checked out though...wouldn't want it to get worse if it's serious enough
