Boooo cleaning up the diet! Eat like crap like me and get up to my weight! :xmasrofl:

Nah, I feel your pain; I can't wait to start cutting again, Good luck changing up the diet.

Yeah, I think the angle does make it look like you're further away than you actually are. They looked good to me! :2:

Hah, that made me laugh! :xmaskekegay:

Nice vid of you inclining buddy. Just like Makaveli already said to get a little deeper on those reps would be better for you but it's fine.
Even bring the dumbells up at an angle at the top of the rep and not straight up would be good as well- Like you done at the first and last rep.

You know what your doin :xmashsughdunno:

Hey Clinty.
Nice to see another vid in here. And it went with a great session - you really are bringing up those tris in strength (and everything else) - superb skullcrushers!

70x10

Side Laterals

30x12

Chinups - these hurt my shoulder today, and usually dont so I took it very easy

Me x10
Me x10

Wide Grip Cable Row
150x10
200x10
250x10
290x5 <--- whole stack

BB Row - Kept it very light as always since I dont wanna jerk the back the wrong way
135x12
135x12
135x12
135x12

Db Shrugs - slow reps, squeezed and held at top, felt good

Good high rep work mate.

Whole stack for cable rowing!! woo... you do these seated I take it?

The chins are fantastic again. I might try weighted once I get 10 reps for every chinning set I do.

That was a good session. I deloaded a bit on back today, and I will deload again when I train shoulders and back on Tuesday. It might hurt my shoulder a bit when I being it all the way down, but I can work through it hopefully. Since when did chins hurt you shoulder?? You better fix that right now. Domination!

Great chest session and the video was very impressive (although you could've gotten more reps, bitch).

I was actually really impressed with how stable you keep the weigh throughout the movement; you're definitely in full control.

Great weight on the shoulders/back session as well. Those cable rows are insane (seated I take it?) and it's good to that even though you were feeling some pain that you were able to work around it and still bang out a really good workout.

Keep hittin 'em hard, brother.

Glexxy Pie - :hay: thanks for the comment dude, yes, my traps are a strong point of mine, but I love training them

Scoular - yep, seated is correct. The chins were ntohing impressive, I can rep out my bodyweight plus 35x10, maybe 45x10 now I have no idea but for the first time they were bugging my shoulder so I took it easy. Thanks for stopping by man I always appreciate your posts.

Paul - good job deloading, its for the best, and bringing them all the way down shouldnt bother you at all actually, you'll be suprised.

Glex - I'm already in my speedo, lets go :turborun: :hay:

Line - I probably appreciate your comments the most, very supportive and helpful through all my training. Yes, I could have got more reps, I was saving some for the 100s :spy: Gotta keep control of the weight dude, if I cant control it I dont bother to lift it :e5dunno: yep, as I told scoular those rows are seated. Its now official that every single rowing machine in my gym and dbs I can max out, that kinda sucks though, I've only been training for a year, what am I going to do in another year :tear:

I'm taking a few days off for my shoulder, I'll be back Wednesday :weightlifter:

You say my workouts are good - that makes yours great! :xmaswtcfawk: :) Congrats on the benching PB/PR. I am guessing you have done that weight before just a new recored on number of reps on that?

The weighted dips and skullcrushers :xmascrunk: also just after benching all that, You got some strength in those tri's!!

Solid bi workout too.

Aww I am never fucked with sit-ups, good job on putting the extra effort in.

Was your shoulder feeling ok afterwards?
