Awesome session. The SLDL are insane, good job. I prefer using the dumbells, I just like them alot more. I cant believe you have lost a few pounds already, you can lose weight and not even try....im kind of jealous of you, alot. Domination!

I finally got the two plates on Bench and that felt great, I'm very happy about that. I had a spot, he gave me a lift off and the next two reps were all me baby!!! Next week Imma change it up a little and hit Inclines First for once again and go high reps on Bench

Tomorrow I'll be training legs at 7 in the morning followed by some cardio and then working 9:45-8:15. My gym closes at 7pm tomorrow thus the reason for training so early. Afterwards I'll be going to my g/fs, so its going to be a pretty productive day.

Those are two good sessions I missed. Shoulders are looking strong, your chinups still make me want to puke, and you had a solid session after getting two personal bests on flat bench. Will we see the 100s on incline if you're doing them first next time? :xmasohnoes:

Worst leg day ever. I thought my gym closed at 2pm today for some odd reason, and I didn't wake up until 12:30 so all I got in me was some toast with peanut butter and I went to the gym. Only after a few sets did I find out that my gym was open until 6pm tonight :no: :tear:

So this was probably the hardest leg day if not overal session I've ever had. A meal is such a giant factor before training, I mean I've trained without eating for 4-5 hours before but it wasn't nearly as hard as this.

I still got 275 on squats, but it felt like 500lbs :tear: and last week I got it with ease dammit :no:

I was actually suppose to deadlift today too :49: but I said screw that there was no way in hell I was going to be able to
