Big congrats on finally pushing two plates (though I congratulated you earlier ;) ). Good job pushing through on your leg day as well despite having to rush, believe me, I know the feeling (so does Glex). Great depth on those squats, hope to see more videos soon.


PS: Glex was right. From the looks of the video your whole gym is on a 30 degree slant :xmasohnoes:

my back is feeling great, only thing that puts pressure on it is Squats still, but other then that its great.

suprisingly no, its not bothered the slightest bit while on deads. Its just on squats with all the pressure being put on it :e5dunno:

oh well, at least I can deadlift heavy

Seriously, you're at 90% and still blowing the shouler press and laterals away. Heavy on the back, and then into your traps. 315 for BB shrugs is light? I can still get a decent squeeze at 275 but 315 is a lot.

Drop set too. Sexy...but I still would rather watch movies with Sara :spy:
