Nice BB curls man! I'll orobably do those tomorrow too, but I don't think I'll beat 100 x 6 :2:

I meant I was getting weaker with each set because I did so many :duh:

other then that my bench is still getting stronger and will catch you shortly :spy:

Nice session mate... I'd go for EZ skulls though. It seems you can't really bend your arms enough when going with DBs :)

not really, overal I only did 12 sets of Chest, thats not too much at all. 8 sets on bench isn't bad at all, I did the 10x3 for a while but I rather hit a higher amount of reps for 6-8 sets on Bench.

I cried a little too, but that last drop set blew them out like WOAH, I'm sorry chesty, next Leg session I'll throw in some Stiff Legs as well, please forgive me :tear:
