Lol at you and Chesty.

I hate seated calf raises, but good work on 'em.

Squats are still looking strong, don't let it get to you.

Running! Great stuff there too. You can do more, though :spy:

Isn't it strange that we can run outside in #$@#% January? :49:

well, not for Indiana or Fort Wayne, which is where I live. We've barely had any snow these last two years, knock on wood. So as long as there is no snow on the ground I'll be outside running whether its 10 degrees or 50 degrees.

Shoulders and Back

I did this session Till style, so in that case I'll be dedicating this session to him.

Chinups supersetted with Seated Db Shoulder Press
Me x10 supersetted with 60x10
Me x10 supersetted with 70x10
Me x10 supersetted with 70x10
Me x10 (no superset this set)

Close Grip Lat Pulldown (V-Bar) supersetted with Side Laterals

150x10 supersetted with 25x10
160x10 supersetted with 25x10
170x10 supersetted with 25x10
170x6 <drop set> 130x6 <drop set> 80x8
supersetted with Laterals 30x10 <drop set> 20x10

Reverse Pec Dec supersetted with Bodymasters Rowing Machine

100x10 supersetted with 200x6
100x10 supersetted with 2006

30 minute session, very intense. I wanted to try something different so I went Till style and it felt great. As you can all my numbers are lower but I had to sacrifice that for the extremely short rest periods and all the supersets.

Freakin' sweet, Tweaky! Nice session, man and I'm really honoured. :xmaskekegay: Good numbers, so don't worry about those. Bet it felt good to try something dífferent and supersets are a great way mix things, so the training stays like it should: Interesting and intense. :xmashsughrun3:

Your dumbell presses, hammer curls and benching are superb. They stick out.

No wonder your shoulders were hurting at that weight for inclines!

Inclines involve your shoulders a lot as you know.
Inclines is one of my fav exercises even though I am crap at them....will draw motivation from your lifts.

Did you have a vid of incline benching in your vid log? I'll go have a look.

Well done again.

Nice session with all those supersets. And nice session of Chest and Arms. Domination. Your bench is improving greatly. Good job on the personal bests.

Cardio domination sha'll occur tonight. You will again out endurance me, but that is ok. Your endurance has always been higher than mine anyways.

Nice session mate... I'd go for EZ skulls though. It seems you can't really bend your arms enough when going with DBs :)

Shoulder work is looking great, don't worry about the 205.

I know you can do more on the BB rows and still have proper form

Chinups are awesome dude, I'll try a failure day when I lose some more weight :49:

Throwing in the calves you missed I see. Good work there too.

Nice session of Shoulders and Back.
The 205 on military press is pretty awesome, is that your first time over 200?
The chins are awesome, good job. I bet that will give a spark in your strength.
Whats a seated shrug? lol.
Domination.
