Wow really good couple of sessions since i last looked at ur log bro :xmasbigok: great job on the deadz bro and congrats on the PB. thats one u can pound ur chest on right there. despite 90% effort the db shoulder presses look good and the shrugs are awesome bro good work there. and weighted chins are never a joke good work overall Tweak

I was very disapointed with my dips this session, not my usual 90 added pounds :no: but I guess when I focus more on bench my triceps get blown out :tear:

Just noticed you added 50lbs since a year's time. Even with that little fat it's a large weight to gain in only a year. wow...what are you on!? ;) Joking.

Well, let's see some more gain in the new year!

Good job on the PB's. Especially good job on the benching.

I'm on nothing but protein baby lol. I've just increased my caloric intake so slowly throughout the entire year its just came on consistently.

I remember back in January when I was 153lbs I was only taking in about 150 carbs daily with 150-175g protein, and I just gradually increased carbs over time. I wasn't comfortably at 300 carbs until June or July and at the end of my bulk I was at 500 carbs daily. Its all about patience.

Excellent session of chest and arms. Your bench is getting up there. I bet 225 for 6-8 reps would feel great. It will come very soon.

Today is Day 1 of dieting :turborun: so I'm pretty excited about that

This morning I hit some cardio, went something like this:

Wake Up
Drink Protein Shake 50g

1/2 Mile Jog
1600m Interval Cardio
- Eight 100m Sprints
- Eight 100m Walks
1/4 Mile Jog
1/4 Mile walk as my cool down before I got to my house

Good running, Mr. Tweak! Always great with some sprints, though I would rather make them a little longer over time, something like 400-800 meters, since 100 meters tend to burn you out too fast... Well, it does for me anyways... :eek: But probs for running outdoors, and not on those fucking treadmills in the gym.
