nice lifts Tweaky DB's are great imo. I like to alternate between the two but i like DB better, they seem to be a little easier on my shoulders and i can "feel" the weight in my pecks more than my shoulders like i do bench

This was a session full of domination. The DB presses will get back up there soon, but that is a good idea to alternate between each workout. And since your training chest twice a week, you'll be doing bench and flat DB press once a week anyway.

The dips were awesome, i am jealous.

I really liked that Paramount Chest Press. I wish my gym had something like that. But of course the Y has all the worthless machines.

The arm workout was awesome to. Domination will occur again today. see ya.

very nice chest press. your dips were FUCKIN GR8 too. hows that reverse grip pushdown work for you? i've heard that it's a really shitty movement.

I actually like reverse grip pushdowns, I dont find anything wrong with them. :e5dunno:

Great sessions, ive been lurking around in logs for a while, so i might as well be posting. 95 for 8 on db presses is impressive imo any way you slice it. Those dips are massive too. Quick question for you, what pulley setups do you have at your gym because those push downs are insane especially reverse grip. Anyways awsome log and keep up the good work

I was very happy my left wrist could support that weight on the Yates Rows, first time I've put a real amount of pressure on it for months and months. Although it's still weak and I can still feel it being a little akward I'm very satisfied I could hold it the 225 and 245.

Nice to see you're still hitting it hard from right where I stopped checking. I'm still very impressed with the weighted pullups and it's great to see you going heavy as hell with those BB Rows. Keep hittin' it hard, brother.

MASS ON THE BACK!!! :xyxthumbs: Good numbers on those rows, especially after chins! Yates row > all exersices (mostly because of the name :49:) Keep putting those numbers up. Great work!
