Damn tweakster. Those dips are something to be proud of. Glad you are getting close to my dip numbers. Those hammer curls are insane too. FEEL THE BURN!! Yes sir thats what I like to see...get that pump and get that peak. Good session buddy. I love you.

What did I say about three chest movements? :no:

Regardless, dips are looking great as always and nice job repping out the 100's on flat DB press. As for the inclines, I don't get why you started so light; after two chest movements you should start with close to your maximum working-set weight.

Great weight on the tricep exercises as usual, maybe time to hit the biceps a bit harder.

How can a smith machine break? Did you put it between your bicep's and snap it in half? :spy:

He loaded it up to 600lb and had 5 people spot him for a picture. Then he loaded it back down to his normal 100lb presses :ughnoes:

How did you break the smith machine? You were probably rocking it to much, sometimes I shake the crap out of the machine when im doing close grip bench. Dominating session however. You love training your chest. But theres nothing wrong with that, hopefully you dont overdue yourself.

The smith in my old gym always used to break. They are unreliable I think.

Nice weight on the dumbell shrugs! must have quite a grip to hold on to those. I remember once I used just 90lb dumbells for shrugs and my calluses ripped off and started bleeding.

Nice work on the bench too.

How's the diet coming along Tweak? Is it horrible?
