That was an awesome session of Shoulders and Back. Those side laterals are amazing, im not even close to repping the 40's with good form. And those chins are really good to, im jealous. Bench press looks good, its cool that you have added a little extra chest work. Domination.

Great seated DB presses and side laterals! Weights are really getting up there, bro. Of course, I have to mention the 60 pullups like everyone else did; very impressive.

What'd you think about the HammerStrength Shrug Machine by the way? I tried one here last week and didn't really care for it.

my db presses I've kept pretty steady as of late. not really pushing myself too hard with those. The Arnolds were a good change for once but I dont really like them at all.

side laterals have gone up for some reason, and just wait until next week for my pullups. 6 sets of 15 baby :xyxthumbs:

I like Arnold presses prefer them to normal SP, as for the legs maybe you should switch it up a bit to try and break the plateau

okay.. I'm having wrist problems also. It's what all the cool kids have these days.

Nice DB press, Tweaker! I didn't think you had 100 x 8 yet, so if not why are you disappointed with 6?

Dumbell skulls look awesome :2:

I like the bicep work, too. Not because it's spectacular weight or anything (though that was still good), but because your wrist was bothering you and you worked around it. Looks like you just listened to what your body told you would work best given the circumstances.

100lbs dumbell press is still a good weight.

But im surprised at your bicep strength
you can preacher curl a 8th grader ROFL
Keep it up tweak, dont hit your peak too early tho

thanks for all the comments as always, much appreciated

Did some legs tonight, started with leg press, hit some lying leg curl then squatted after all that. Squat was rather weak for obvious reasons. Then I hit some SLDL and that finished it up.

hit the locker room, downed a protein shake (40-45g protein) and hit the elliptical for 20 minutes

took the cardio relatively easy, not as intense as always.

In the 20 minutes time I only burned 330 calories, cardio is getting much easier though so that could have been it and since I put in 190lbs I wont burn as many calories, so I guess it was a mild session. Afterwards I felt great, drove home and am now eating 8oz Chicken Breast :xyxthumbs:

Haha...thank you for the novel. That took me like 3 hours to read. Looking good man, that is awesome when you do squats last it really blasts them. It's a great feeling. Good work on the cardio and glad to hear that it is getting easier as well. I want to see sexy abs come this summer.
