Yes that shoulder/back session was awesome! Those side laterals are insane, im a bit jealous. And those chin-ups are insane, im deffinately jealous. Your back session was really good to, nice job on the iso-row, I like that machine but I like the low row better.

Before I join Spiece and dominate with you, I will steal the machines at the Y that Spiece doesnt have. It will be about a level 11 domination.

gone down?? its stayed the same while my bench has improved, I hit bench very hard so my incline would suffer :no:

Do you want me to hit inclines first sometime so I can throw up the 100s or 105s just for you dammit :no:

noticed you lost quite a bit of weight now. Looking leaner right? Hope it's just the fat your stripping off.
Why are you dieting anyway? Going to bulk back again soon?

First off, thanks for coming in here and commenting like always Steve :xyxthumbs:

Secondly, I have lost a good amount already, a bit suprised myself. I assure you its all been fat and I'm looking quite a bit better. The outlining of my abs are in view (not very defined) but you know what I mean, so that feels great. I'm assuming I'm going to end up in the low 170s when my diet is all done with, but thats perfectly fine with me as long as I maintain all my the muscle I have worked so hard to achieve in the last year. Hell, I rather weigh 170s, but have people tell me I look 180, thats the whole point right? I do realize thats light for my height but I have quite a bit of time to add quality mass and and happy with my gains so far.

Plus, I haven't lost any strength yet :xyxthumbs:

What you want to do once you have reached 170? Lean bulk maybe? Possible?

As long as you keep the intensity with the training up it will probably inticate your muscle is still present.

once I reach 170 or 8-9% I'm going to just add what naturally comes on, I want to stay lean for the summer, possibly get back up to 185-190 during the summer months but my goal is to go by the mirror and as long as my abs are visible then I'm good to go.

I was planning on doing this show in July, but, I feel I can do much more damage in that show if I wait another year before competing in it. After the summer months I will begin bulking again.

Your over 21 right? If not go for it.

Men's open would be very competitive, especially in the USA.

I just turned 20 back in late November.

So if I do that show in July '08 I'll be 21 and probably a much better build and frame, right now I'm about 95% sure that I'm going to wait until July '08

Juniors is under 21 only. I wouldn't try the men's open (guys who have been training for years on end, unlike us) Why don't you do it this year? Your on a diet now so it fits in well. Just go on a contest diet.
Even if you don't plan on winning or not ready yet, do it for experience and fun.

Only reason I done my contest was because it was my last chance to do a junior, so I had a good chance. I didn't expect anything but glad I went.

7 60 second sprints on 9.5
7 60 second jogs on 5.0

4 minutes regular jogging and 2 minutes walking

300 calories burned in 20 minutes time
