Nice session! Looks like your Flat DB Press is back up there. Domination. And dont cry to much about those close grips, your tris held up pretty well. And wheres the videos? In your video log? Anyway, excellent job.

I'm just waiting for youtube to process them and sometimes Youtube takes a few years before the videos actually are up and going :disgust:

Nice workout. I throw in super decline situps too, on occasion. There's really no good place to do 'em here at school, unfortunately. I go down further on mine, but that's only because I train to do situps with that movement (stupid ROTC), but just for pure abs it's great that you're keeping that tension on. Good number, too; 4 sets of 15 is rough.

Nothing to knock yourself for there Tweak; those quad shots are excellent. Good seperation paired with some credible mass. Nice vids as well:xyxthumbs:

thanks Eric. Besides being very white, nothing too wrong with my legs besides the lack of mass which will eventually come...I hope :tear:

being just a hair under 13% I really can't wait to see the seperation on them when I reach my goal of 8-9% :Badger:

Great workout the other day Tweak! Lots of DB presses and nice close grip bench drop set... looked tough. :ughnoes:

Love the vids. Lets see one of SLDL or RDLs from the rear next time, LOL. :49: Your legs look good...your joints look really small...or maybe thats just compared to your bulging quads. Good splits too.

25 minutes on the Elliptical
440 calories burned

and nothing better then watching American Idol while doing cardio :49:

I love American Idol. Good session of cardio, thats a nice amount of calories you burned, especially in 25 minutes. Very intense.

Rack deads were nice and were pretty easy, all sets were strapless as lifting 315 is very easy these days.


Cardio afterwards as well, 275 calories in 15 minutes on the elliptical, felt awesome

Good session. Thats a hell of alot of sets for each exercise. Is a rack dead just a deadlift but you start off taking it from the rack and then down? Thats how I used to do them. Nice job on cardio afterwards as well.
