I won't be so rude :no: You don't go down to the floor, just from the rack and back, so it takes away about a foot or more of the exercise. Look for it here.

Hacks are pretty big, bigger than mine I should think :spy:

Nice all over day, but why'd you only do 15 minutes of cardio? Was pretty high intensity, I'll give you that, but still.

all I had time for before the gym closed which is why I made it intense as I possibly could after doing legs :xyxthumbs:

That was an excellent session of Shoulders and Back. Military Press was pretty good, and those side laterals are just amazing. And nice job with the BB rows and shrugs, but that cardio is unacceptable, you need to tell your dad to wait! :no:

I had to get home in time to eat and then he had to drive me to work though :e5dunno:

the water pump on my truck went out, so he fixed it, only 25 bucks for a water pump on my old beater :49: :49:
