Hit some legs last night

Hack Squat - 2 light warm up sets, 6 sets with just 270 on there

4 sets of Seated Calve Raises

couple sets on this leg press machine as well

cardio followed, 20 minutes only got 200 calories burned, it was mostly walking since I was with my g/f and at her gym and didn't have a change of clothes besides a shirt and I really didn't want ubber sweaty balls for the rest of the day

That was a pretty decent workout. 270 for 6 sets is pretty good.

However, that cardio is unacceptable. You need the sweatest balls you can get. Shame on you. And when did you go to the Y, Saturday night? I was there from like 6:30-7, lol.

You better go check my log, I posted my shoulders and back session.

20 minutes cardio on the elliptical

was harder than usual, probably because I ate a whole bunch of junk last night, whole large pizza, lots of cookies, chocolates, I came off my diet for the super bowl what do you expect? :e5dunno:

back on track today

20 minutes on the elliptical
300 calories burned

tweak you should add extra virgin olive oil. 1 tbl spoon with every meal. work wonders
very good numbers on shoulder and back
man tweak ur lucky that u can go off the diet :food-snacking: , i can´t and i justa ate salted peanuts and water with the game and btw colts crushed Bear:bowroflarms:

Really what doest olive oil do for you, I know it gives you the good fats

thats too much fat for me, my daily fat intake is only 10-40g of fat. Fat makes you fat and will slow my fat loss gains no matter how great it is for the heart.

If you really want some healthy fats just take some Fish Body Oil capsules or Flaxseed Capsules, or some other kind of EFA Combination to get all your Omegas.

god damn shoulder strength like a motha fucka. your chin ups pissed me off this session. my goal has always been to get to 70 lbs for 6 and here you are getting 70 lbs for 5(one rep away), and i'm getting 40 lbs for 6. you're so much closer than i am....god damn you.

Nice session of Shoulders and back. The side laterals are insane man! I want to see how good your form is when you do them. You better not be cheating. :spy:

The chins are pretty much awesome. they have gotten a little better and you havent gone heavy on them in awhile. But you are like 10lbs lighter now, so it makes sense. Domination. I will be back on your domination level very soon.
